Couples can often separate without going as far as getiing a divorce. This could be for a number of reasons as each case is unique. It does leave both parties of the couple without any legal guide lines to children or finances. A legal separation agreement and solve this problem.

Each party exchanges this information with the other. Then a discussion takes place – and hopefully an explicit separation agreement can be drawn up.
