Living Together Agreement
This is for couples who are not married but would like to have clarity around the finances and children in their relationship, especially in case the relationship ends. Your lawyer will obtain the information needed from you and create an agreement for your signature.
With our fixed fee services you pay one price and no added extras. (Please note our fees do not include court costs. For court fees click here). You will be allacated your personal, expert legal advisor and given a direct email and telephone line to them.
Why have fixed fees?
By paying a fixed fee at the start of your case you have certainty about the costs involved. The alternative is to pay an hourly rate (currently £120 plus VAT per hour) for the time your lawyer spends on your case. We believe you should pay for the work that needs to be done, rather than the time it takes to do it.
